The Certificate 3 Guarantee supports the Queensland Government's Working Queensland jobs plan. The Certificate 3 Guarantee provides a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to complete their first post-school Certificate III qualification. It also supports Queensland's Year 12 graduates to transition to employment by providing fee-free training in high priority qualifications.

 

Ballistic Training Solutions is an approved Qld Government provider under the Certificate III Guarantee program for our Certificate III in Business and Certificate II and Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management Courses.

 

What is Certificate 3 Guarantee?

The Certificate 3 Guarantee provides a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to complete their first post-school Certificate III qualification.

 

Are you Eligible?

Are you eligible to participate?

You must:

• be a Queensland resident

• be aged 15 years or over, and no longer at school (with the exception of VET in Schools students)

• be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency

• not hold, or not be enrolled in, a certificate III level or higher qualification (not including qualifications completed at school and foundations skills training).

Workplace Experience/Demonstration Requirements

As part of the completion of your qualification you will need to demonstrate your skills and knowledge in a workplace setting or simulated workplace setting.  This is an important part of the training and competency verification process. If you do not have a suitable workplace or access to a workplace or simulated environment (where appropriate)  for these practical requirements this will need to be discussed as part of your enrolment as some individual units have specific licencing and demonstrated industry knowledge and experience requirements that must be undertaken as part of your completion of these courses. Solutions may include access to alternate organisations, undertaking voluntary work with a suitable organisation or arranging a simulated environment with your assessor (where appropriate)

 

BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Supersedes BSB30115/BSB30415)

This qualification reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

 

Applicable occupations include:

·        General Clerk

·        Payroll Office

·        Typist

·        Accounts Support

·        Customer service advisor

AHC31421 Certificate III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management 

This qualification provides a general vocational outcome in the conservation and ecosystem management industry.

The qualification enables individuals to select an Indigenous land management, Ecological restoration, Lands, parks and wildlife management, Pest controller, Conservation earthworks, Marine, Fire and Mined land rehabilitation context as a job focus or a mix of these.

 

Applicable occupations include:

·        Park Ranger / Wildlife Officer

·        Primary producer

·        Research officer

·        Pest Management Specialist

AHC31424 Certificate III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management 

This qualification provides a general vocational outcome in the conservation and land management industry.

The qualification enables individuals to select an Indigenous land management, lands, parks and wildlife or natural area management context as a job focus or a mix of these.

·        Primary producer

·        Research officer

·        Pest Management Specialist

The AHC21020 Certificate II in Conservation and Ecosystem Management qualification provides an occupational outcome in conservation and land management. Work would be carried out under general guidance and supervision.

The qualification enables individuals to select an Indigenous land management, conservation earthworks, lands, parks and wildlife or natural area management context as a job focus or a mix of these.

The qualification enables individuals to select an Indigenous land management, lands, parks and wildlife services and the restoration and rehabilitation of ecosystems context as a job focus or a mix of these.
